To increase awareness and engagement: the need to directly address Ringo's two main target groups, children and adults (RA), finding common ground where the product is seen as extremely cool.

Solution

Two biscuits brought together by a creme filling -> two generations brought together by the power of music; the original jingles and the video clips produced by Ringo with some of the most popular artists among Gen Z, who also involved their own parents in the #RingoChallenge.
