We designed a TV programme for TIM (Telecom Italia Mobile) to talk about innovation and start-ups. The programme was broadcast for two seasons on Italian television’s Rai 2 channel, starring Francesco Mandelli and Federico Russo. The programme helped increase brand trust by 28% and intention to buy by 36%. Furthermore, 70% of viewers said they considered it an innovative way for a brand to communicate, preferring it to TV ads, and 60% said that it increased their interest in TIM and their likelihood to become a client.
